HSF 250 Patriot Series Line Stop Fitting

The re-designed 4-12 inch Hydra-Stop HSF 250 Line Stop fitting is a step forward in line stopping technology. Installed at pressures up to 250 psi, the HSF 250 line stop fitting delivers benefits, which save time, increase safety, and eliminates up to 100% of the costs associated with system shutdowns.

The HSF 250 incorporates features that matter most – installation under pressure up to 250 psi, a Push and Pin Completion Plug system, and stainless-steel construction.

The blind flange and fitting body arrive ready to be placed on the pipe for pressure testing. The nylon “Push and Pin” completion plug saves installation time and eliminates the possibility of a cross threaded completion plug. Other time saving features, such as integrated lifting gussets, drop in bolts, and slotted flange make for safe, quick, and simplified installations.

The HSF 250 Line Stop fitting is manufactured in the USA, meets American Iron and Steel Requirements (Public Law 113-76), and fulfills requirements specified in additional “Buy American” legislation. The HSF 250 meets “Made in USA” and “Buy America” requirements with the additional purchase of stainless steel domestic hardware.  It is also NSF 61 and ANSI 372 certified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., to be used as a fully UL® compliant component of water systems in the United States.

When you require a line stop fitting that is strong, easy to install, dependable and 100% compatible with Hydra-Stop equipment, you need the HSF 250 Line Stop Fitting.
