H2O GmbH Presents The Answer To Higher Coating Requirements At PaintExpo

The higher requirements being set for coating technology pose an economic challenge for manufacturers. H2O GmbH has the answer: A high-quality rinsing water treatment process that saves on costs! H2O GmbH will demonstrate how it works at PaintExpo in Karlsruhe. PaintExpo, the world’s leading trade fair for coating technology, will take place from 19 to 22 April 2016.

VACUDEST systems boast patented, innovative technology that sets high standards in rinsing water treatment. For example, Clearcat technology produces crystal clear, oil-free distillate that allows surface technology processes to achieve excellent cleaning results.

H2O expert and Head of Sales Force Jochen Freund explains how this technology remains economically viable: “Our VACUDEST systems turn 100 per cent wastewater, which would be expensive to dispose of, into 98 per cent reusable rinsing water. This means you only have to dispose of two per cent of the original volume – you save 98 per cent on disposal costs.” Because of this, in most cases VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems pay for themselves in under two years.

Companies that produce a wastewater volume of 180 to 30,000 cubic metres per year stand to enjoy the greatest savings. Wastewater can be treated using various different manufacturing processes, such as paint pre-treatment, degreasing, electroplating, stainless steel pickling and many more.
