General Purpose SP8T Switch: QPC6082
Qorvo’s QPC6082 is a low loss, high isolation single-pole 8-throw switch optimized for CDMA, WCDMA & LTE applications that require high linearity. The switch features RF and antenna ports that can be directly connected to 50 systems. The switch's control logic is compatible with +1.3 V through +1.8 V systems.
The QPC6082 switch’s supply voltage is intended for connection to +2.85 V systems, but the device is operable from +2.4 V to 4.5 V. DC blocking caps are not required if there is no external DC voltage present at the RF or antenna ports. Available in a compact, easy-to-use, standard 14 pad QFN package, the SP8T can be quickly integrated into multi-mode, multi-band systems.
