Dow Water & Process Solutions Announces Price Increase On Ion Exchange Resins

Dow Water and Process Solutions recently announced that it will increase prices on the Ion Exchange Resins portfolio globally by up to 15 percent, depending on geographies, applications and specific grades. The price increases are effective in Europe on February 1 and the rest of the world on February 15, 2013 in each case as contracts allow. These increases are driven by changes to energy, logistics and key input costs; global market dynamics as well as investments in innovation, assets and safety at Dow's facilities.

Products associated with the price increase include the following Dow Water & Process Solutions ion exchange brands: AMBERLITE, DUOLITE, XAD, AMBERLYST, AMBERJET, AMBERCHROM,  AMBERSEP, MICROIONEX,  IMAC HP,  DOWEX, DOWEX MARATHON, DOWEX UPCORE and DOWEX MONOSPHERE.
