Desalitech Selected As Finalist For Global Water Award For Breakthrough Water Technology Company Of The Year

Prestigious Selection Recognizes Desalitech as a Major Player in Global Water Treatment Industry

Desalitech, a provider of high-efficiency reverse osmosis systems, has been selected as a finalist for the 2016 Global Water Award for Breakthrough Water Technology Company of the Year. With its selection, Global Water Intelligence recognized Desalitech for the impact the company has made on the water treatment industry in the last year and its importance to the development of desalination and water reuse in the future.

This is the second consecutive Global Water Award nomination for Desalitech, and an acknowledgement of  the company’s commercial success in 2015. Desalitech has attracted major partnerships among Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Southern California Edison, Novelis and Pall for whom water efficiency is a key priority. Desalitech’s high-recovery, low-energy systems have emerged as the industry’s premier water treatment solution.

The Global Water Awards will be presented at the Awards Gala Dinner at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE on Tuesday 19 April 2016. The awards will be presented by Felipe Calderón, former President of Mexico (2006 - 2012) and Chairman of the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate.
