Macomb County, MI, like most communities, has begun to face concerns over aging water infrastructure. The abundant water and fertile sandy soil that drew early settlers of the 1700s and 1800s to this area is now contributing to storm water infrastructure collapses and sinkholes. An area that was once home to farms and villages has developed into modern communities.
