We are the exclusive provider of Westates® activated carbons, which includes a complete line of coal-based granular and pelletized carbons and coconut shell and reactivated carbons processed to meet our stringent QA/QC standards and certified in our environmental and carbon testing laboratory.

Our media services are offered either on an as-needed basis or as part of a comprehensive, preventative maintenance or service contract. All of our services are performed by trained Evoqua employees who use company-owned transportation and specialty vehicles to perform the services. Our field service personnel have experience in maintaining and operating our own systems as well as equipment provided by other companies. Our technicians provide prompt, courteous service to help customers manage their water treatment system with minimum downtime and maximum use of direct labor and operating budgets.
