BioAir's ‘Science Of Odor Control' To Be Highlighted At WEFTEC 2015

BioAir Solutions, a leading global provider of biological odor and air emission control solutions, plans to share its “Science of Odor Control” approach with water quality professionals gathering later this month at the 2015 Water Environment Federation’s Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC). BioAir Solutions will occupy Booth #4356 at this year’s conference being held in Chicago, Illinois.

BioAir will officially launch its Mobile Resource Center (MRC), a movable R&D laboratory containing eight full-scale reactors contained in a 40-foot trailer that will become operational this fall. The MRC provides unlimited capabilities for creating variable operating conditions in highly controlled, measureable environments. This will enable BioAir to test and optimize different odor control media under different process conditions, and to effectively quantify the performance of a variety of treatment solutions for a given application. The MRC will also enable BioAir to “test drive” its innovative biological technologies on a customer’s specific airstream, allowing BioAir to develop a customized odor and air emissions solution for their particular situation.

Also at WEFTEC, BioAir will discuss how its research and development efforts have led to a greater understanding of how diverse microbiology can lead to biological destruction of a wide range of odorous compounds, including situations with extreme loading rates. BioAir will also provide additional details of its continued global expansion, including several new projects underway in Asia Pacific, and continued growth in the domestic municipal and industrial wastewater markets.
