Conference Chairpersons: Abbas J. Ali and Robert C. Camp awarded the medallion to Fresh Creek Chairman Dennis Moran during a recognition luncheon. During the awards ceremony Moran stated the he was pleased to accept this special recognition for all of the employees of his company and for their dedication to the company concept of creative solutions for the troubled waterways across North America. "It's great to see that companies like ours, Moran said, "can step up with new ideas for the growing problem that plagues our rivers and waterways."

Following the luncheon Moran made a presentation called: "Low Cost Alternatives to Storm Related Trash Removal" at an all industry session panel discussion.

Fresh Creek Technologies, Inc. is the leading provider of net capture systems in North America with more than a dozen system designs to meet the needs of its customers. Using no electricity, pumps or concrete containment structures, the systems uses the natural flow of the water to trap and contain floating trash and debris and, in some installation, grit and oils. The nets are housed in stainless steel channels and a rigid framework. Nets are removed by a truck-mounted hoist and taken to a landfill for disposal. New nets are slid back into the channels and are ready for the next event. For more information visit our web site: www.freshcreek.com or call 1-800-741-9486.
