Flygt Pressure Sewer System Grinder Pump Models MP3068 & MP3085 are ideal for reliably pumping residential waste water in an energy efficient and cost effective manner.
Benefits
Flygt residential grinder pumps are constructed of high grade
cast iron with robust features. Volutes (wet ends) incorporate
replaceable hardened cutting rings at the inlet. Flygt grinder
pumps have an impeller unit designed specially for handling
the rigors of pressurized sewage systems. With components of
chromium-alloy and stainless steel, a cutting device grinds
particles until they measure no more than 1/3" x 5/8", thus
eliminating the risk of clogging and enabling the fine slurry
to be pumped thought the system's small diameter pipes.
The Flygt turnkey package pump station is equipped with the MP3068 or MP3085 grinder pump, 2 HP, 1 or 3 phase, 230 volts, with control panel, liquid level control, basin assembly, lift-out rail assembly; internal piping, gate and ball check valves. Together these components make up the Flygt product concept for pressurized sewage systems, a combination that is not only cost-effective but also highly energy efficient.
