Ontario Pioneer Camp is located in picturesque Port Sydney, Ontario, just 15 minutes South of Huntsville. Port Sydney is a small town, known for its wonderful scenery and many lakes, making it a tourist destination and a perfect location for a camp. The camp's 1200 acres of property surround Clearwater Lake - their source of water along with two wells. Each year the camp accommodates around 5000 guests in the winter and 2400 campers in the summer. Staff members are serious about their responsibility for keeping visitors safe. Water system maintenance includes checking pumps, filters, UV systems and other components, as well as daily water tests. The maintenance staff were spending the majority of their time with the UV portions of their water system and needed a new solution.
