Xylem Extends Value With TotalCare Services

Brett Bigham of Xylem introduces TotalCare Services, designed to deliver optimal efficiencies and the lowest cost of ownership to Xylem’s customers. Proactivity, delivery, and intimacy are the hallmarks of the program, which focuses largely on repair and maintenance of products. It is available for the WEDECO and Flygt product lines, and is being launched in 2013 for Leopold, Sanitaire, and Godwin.
