Siemens Introduces The Vanox™ AOP System For High-Flow TOC Reduction
Specifically designed for seasonal removal of total organic carbon (TOC) in semiconductor manufacturing applications, the Vanox AOP system can treat hundreds or thousands of gallons per minute surpassing the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) guidelines.
