Siemens Introduces The Vanox™ AOP System For High-Flow TOC Reduction
Specifically designed for seasonal removal of total organic carbon (TOC) in semiconductor manufacturing applications, the Vanox AOP system can treat hundreds or thousands of gallons per minute surpassing the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) guidelines. This new, advanced oxidation system provides continuous process control, and access to streaming process data for constant tracking of the system and environmental parameters.
