The International Erosion Control Association Executive Director

IECA Region One has begun a search for a new Executive Director to lead IECA through the implementation of our organization’s new Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan focuses on key areas such as: membership growth and benefits; delving more deeply into new educational opportunities; and forging new and expanded organizational partnerships.

IECA is deeply grateful to Russ Adsit, who has led IECA since 2007. Russ was instrumental in moving the IECA office from Steamboat Springs to Denver, making our office more accessible to members. He was a key asset to IECA as we implemented the regionalization plan that resulted in Regions One and Two, as well as the development of the International Regional Council (IRC).During his tenure, he assisted in modifying the annual conference model to better meet our members’ needs, and developed online training and national CEU accreditation.
