Seawater Reverse Osmosis System For Supplying Potable Water For Ras Al Khaimah

The Federal Electricity and Water Authority in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for providing the electrical energy and water in the northern Emirates. The authority intends to install a seawater reverse osmosis plant in Ghallilah, Ras Al Khaimah. The plant will produce 18 million gallons of fresh water. The scope of work includes design, manufacture, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the complete plant.

The product water will be pumped to the permeate tanks for further distribution, while the brine will be discharged to brine outfall which will also be constructed on the seashore.
