Together with EUROFISH, RWL Water Italia is pleased to announce the inauguration of the first complete industrial anaerobic and aerobic wastewater treatment plant in Ecuador on November 10th at 5PM in Manta, Ecuador.

RWL Water Italia has recently designed and installed a new water demineralization plant by brackish wells to reduce the water intake of the factory and a new wastewater treatment plant for EUROFISH, a leading company in the tuna industry.

The project is part of the EUROFISH strategy of sustainable development involving compliance with legal regulations, reinforcing water supply and minimizing the impact of operations to reduce their ecological footprint.

RWL Water Italia, which has been providing leading edge sustainable water, wastewater and reuse solutions for more than 20 years, designed this new wastewater treatment system to improve the quality of treated wastewater, reduce EUROFISH’s sludge waste volume, and produce biogas used on site for plant needs.

More than 100 guests have been invited to the inauguration, including Ecuadorean authorities, press, managers and entrepreneurs from all over Latin America. RWL Water Italia CEO Maurizio Tiarca, will attend the event, together with Henry J. Charrabé, President & CEO, Global Operations.
