Roundtable Series: Achieving Energy Neutrality

Wastewater is a renewable resource and a new trend in wastewater treatment is emerging: energy neutrality. In this third and final segment of the roundtable discussions, an expert panel discusses barriers to energy neutrality, but also what will open the door to setting a goal towards, and achieving, energy neutrality.
