Permanent & Preventative Solution Over Dredging

Jordan Winery was facing an expensive dredging operation to remove 14” of very heavy and condensed sludge from the primary treatment pond. Upon the recommendation of another winery, Jordan explored the option of upgrading the existing treatment system to UltraFine Bubble aerators from ClearBlu. The Winery decided that ClearBlu was a better, more permanent and preventive solution over dredging. Since installation, Jordan has been happy with the results. Jordan has seen a steady reduction in sludge, general improvement in the health of the ponds, and the continual benefit of decreased operating costs.
