Penn Process Technologies, Inc.

Penn Process Technologies, Inc. (PPT) is a leading manufacturer of liquid and dry chemical feed equipment and integrated bulk storage systems – serving the agricultural, chemical process, industrial wastewater, and municipal water & wastewater treatment industries.

PPT was formed in July of 1996 when two companies, Hydroflo Corporation and Omega Dry Chemical Feed Systems, a Division of Merrick Industries, Inc., were purchased and brought together as separate product divisions under the PPT corporate structure. That initial acquisition included a 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Plumsteadville, PA where the company is headquartered. In 1997 PPT acquired 100% ownership in Stanco Projects, Inc.

The Hydroflo Division was established in 1974 in response to the market's demand for a more reliable metering pump. Today the company produces a full line of hydraulic and mechanical diaphragm metering pumps, plunger pumps, agitators, back pressure and relief valves, pulsation suppression technology, and packaged chemical feed systems for virtually any fluid handling application. For over 25 years Hydroflo products have been satisfying users demanding applications in Agriculture, Automotive, Beverage, Chemical Process, Electronics, Food, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Power Generation and Pulp & Paper Industries.

The Omega Division continues to manufacture the original Omega Dry Chemical Feeders that were first introduced to the water and wastewater treatment industry by the Omega Manufacturing Company of Kansas City in the 1930's. In addition to these reliable, time-tested feeders, the Omega Division produces a complete line of detention and paste slakers, volumetric screw and belt feeders, gravimetric loss-in-weight screw and belt feeders, and rotary wheel liquid feeders.

The Stanco Division is the leading systems provider of bulk chemical storage equipment in the industrial and municipal market today. With over 20 years experience and more than 350 installations worldwide, Stanco Projects has the expertise and knowledge essential to providing custom integrated systems – regardless of the application conditions. By approaching bulk chemical storage and feeding applications with total systems responsibility, we can custom design a system to form, fit and function in your process.

Penn Process Technologies is 100% dedicated to chemical feed systems – Liquid or Dry, Process or Water, Industrial or Municipal. Whatever you need to feed, wherever you need to feed it, we're your single source for systems, support, and solutions.
