New Treatment System Replaces Old Turbine Aeration Equipment At Winery

Conn Creek Winery was unhappy with the performance of their old turbine aeration equipment. At the time they selected ClearBlu to install a new treatment system, their wastewater was out of compliance and they were not eligible to land apply their water. They had also spent $75,000 on a dredging procedure just 18 months prior, yet had built up 18” of sludge since then and were experiencing significant odor problems. With ClearBlu’s improved system, the winery is happy to report that they have begun irrigating the landscape and vineyards using reclaimed wastewater since the summer of 2010.
