NanoH2O Is Now LG NanoH2O

Company officially changes its operating name following recent acquisition

LG NanoH2O, Inc., manufacturer of the most efficient and cost-effective reverse osmosis (RO) membranes for seawater desalination, has completed the legal filing to officially change its operating name from "NanoH2O" to "LG NanoH2O". The filing follows the recent acquisition of the Company by Korean chemical giant, LG Chem, Ltd. Founded in 2005, "NanoH2O" introduced the industry's first thin-film nanocomposite (TFN) reverse osmosis membrane which features benign nanoparticles designed to increase membrane productivity and salt rejection. The Company's sale was finalized April 30, 2014.
