N_SIGHT^™ Software Suite

The N_SIGHT^™ software suite is comprised of three modules that are designed to work together to address your meter reading, data storage, and analytics needs. N_SIGHT^™ host is the basis for mobile AMR; N_SIGHT^™ PLUS host is used for fixed network AMI; N_SIGHT^™ IQ is a meter data warehouse, consumer portal, and analytics application that can be used with N_SIGHT and/or N_SIGHT PLUS.

It starts with Neptune’s E-Coder®-equipped meters, which provide the data “fuel” for the N_SIGHT software suite’s analysis “engine”. The accurate, detailed, and timely consumption data at the meter identifies leaks, backflow, and days of no flow. With Neptune’s latest enhancements to its R900® System, 96 days of hourly consumption data can be available at any time for an individual account. With this data logging functionality, you can identify — and address — existing or potential issues faster, saving time and money.

N_SIGHT™ Host Module

By streamlining data collection, simplifying operations, and enabling more proactive response time, Neptune’s intuitive N_SIGHT host module allows your utility to do more with less, providing the flexibility to reallocate staff to different functions or adapt to changes in your workforce over time. The software works in walk-by or mobile reading modes, while turning the data into meaningful information that helps create a smart water network across your utility.

Providing a fully-hosted, cloud-based solution, the application reduces your infrastructure costs as well as your need for IT resources. To make management and exploration of the data more efficient, including account-history-based forecasting, N_SIGHT IQ provides up to ten years of online real-time data storage and data analysis capabilities.
