DO2E has designed and patented the "Little John Digester" for complete removal of FOG deposits of FOG deposits and H₂S waste water.

The Little John Digester is a device which operates on low-pressure, high-volume air flow, has NO moving parts, can be installed in five minutes, can be equipped to provide various levels of Concentrated Oxygen which we have deemed Advanced Oxidation Processing or "A.O.P." for the complete removal of all F.O.G. (fat, oil, and grease) deposits and H₂S.
