HDR's Neethling Selected To Be 2014 AAEES Kappe Lecturer

JB Neethling, Ph.D., technical director for wastewater treatment and effluent management, has been selected to serve as the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientist’s 2014 Kappe Lecturer.

This is the 25th anniversary of the Kappe Lecture Series, which was founded to share the knowledge of professionals in the practicing engineering community with tomorrow’s environmental engineers.

This recurring series of lectures is presented on college campuses during two-day visits. Neethling will make his presentations and have a chance to visit with faculty and students. Neethling could visit up to 10 universities in the Fall 2014 academicterm.

Neethling will prepare two lectures, and each university will choose one of those for him to present. One responsibility of the host universities will be to ensure widespread exposure of the presentation to the academic and surrounding professional community.
