Hach Responds To Hurricane Matthew

In an effort to help customers whose facilities and equipment have been affected by Hurricane Matthew, Hach is supporting those impacted by the recent storm through a variety of initiatives.

Our customers are encouraged to contact Hach with any questions or challenges related to their facilities. Call 1-800-227-4224, option 2. When customers tell their Customer Service Representative that they’ve been affected by the storm, all order requests and technical support questions will be expedited. Hach will prioritize bench and field service requests, ensuring our affected customers receive immediate attention.

In these situations, it’s imperative that our customers are able to get any necessary equipment as soon as possible. Hach strives to get product delivered to customers quickly by increasing stock of the instruments and chemistries known to be most critical, and maintaining regular communication with our freight providers.

In addition, Hach will reach out to our customers in areas impacted by the storm via email and social media. Regular updates will be posted on a variety of channels including Facebook (www.facebook.com/HachCompany) and Twitter (www.twitter.com/HachCompany) letting customers know how Hach is able to help them with their facilities and equipment in the storm’s aftermath.
