EPWU's Advanced Water Purification Project

During the summer months, El Paso experiences a spike in water demand increasing the dependency on river water. But what happens if there is little or no river water? EPWU has found a way to proactively prepare for such a situation through the nation's first Direct Potable Reuse project called "Advanced Water Purification" transforming highly treated wastewater into fresh drinking water for direct distribution to customers.
