Enviro Vault Group Of Companies Announce Acquisition By Sundance Holdings

The Enviro Vault group of companies, specializing in above ground storage tank solutions, tank safety and environmental stewardship, is proud to announce their collective assets were acquired by Sundance Holdings Corporation (Sundance Holdings) to form the EnviroVault Corporation (EnviroVault) on December, 2nd 2013. Ian McKinnon, the principal of Sundance Holdings, will be joining EnviroVault as the new President and CEO.

Russ Hebblethwaite, Founder and former President of the Enviro Vault group, has taken a material interest in EnviroVault Corporation and will continue to act as a Director and special Advisor to the CEO.

“Ian McKinnon’s established experience and leadership in all his previous ventures within the industry provides a tremendous resource to the company, one that will further EnviroVault’s growing success,” says Mr. Hebblethwaite. “I look forward to working collaboratively with Ian on future projects providing my expertise when needed.”

Mr. McKinnon has enjoyed a long and successful career in the oil and gas industry, with over thirty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, land acquisitions, business development, financing and shareholder relations. Mr. McKinnon’s role as President at Sundance Holdings provided leadership services and management consulting to the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience as the chief operational leader of high-growth ventures, ideally suiting him to lead EnviroVault’s consolidation of resources and expansion.
