Endress+Hauser Showcases Water & Wastewater Solutions At WEFTEC

The latest instrumentation from Endress+Hauser will be demonstrated in Booth 3745 at the WEFTEC show in New Orleans from September 26-28, 2016.

Endress+Hauser will showcase its latest instrumentation offering for the water and wastewater (W&WW) industry at the WEFTEC show in New Orleans from September 26-28, 2016. The instrumentation will be demonstrated at booth 3745. Highlights of the booth include: the new Micropilot FMR20 free space radar level transmitter, the award winning Liquiline CA80AM ammonium analyzer and the latest Memograph M RSG45 Data Manager.

Endress+Hauser will be launching the new Micropilot FMR20 free space radar level transmitter. The FMR20 features a 4-20 mA HART smart output which supplies configuration from an optional remote display. It also provides the option of Bluetooth configuration. The FMR20 has the lowest cost and is the most compact offering in the industry. The FMR20 can be used for measuring liquid levels in storage tanks, open basins, open channels, weirs and canal systems. The FMR20 measures levels up to 66 feet with 0.08 inch accuracy.

With increasing stringent EPA nutrient release requirements in place, on-line analyzers have become very important to the W&WW industry. Accordingly, Endress+Hauser will be demonstrating its Liquiline analyzer. The Liquiline CA80AM ammonium analyzer helps users meet EPA regulations, reduces treatment plant costs and optimizes water treatment processes. The Liquiline Platform and Memosens are cutting edge technologies that led Frost & Sullivan to present Endress+Hauser the 2016 Global Company of the Year Award as a world leader in liquid analysis.

Discussion of the CA80 analyzers and their applications will also be included in WEFTEC’s W19 Workshop, “Using On-Line Analyzers to Meet Stringent Nutrient Requirements,” being held on Sunday, September 25. This educational session includes a live demonstration to demonstrate analyzer technology limitations, misapplications and troubleshooting. Dealing with all the data now emerging from modern instruments and analyzers can be daunting for W&WW plants, especially those with older automation systems. Recognizing this problem, Endress+Hauser developed the Memograph M RSG45 Data Manager, a compact data acquisition system for small process control applications in W&WW plants. The RSG45 acquires, displays, records, archives, analyzes and transmits process data to automation systems, maintenance management systems and other software platforms and also offers EtherNet/IP compatibility.

In addition to the radar level transmitter and analyzers, Endress+Hauser will also showcase a full line of pressure, temperature, flow and level sensors and transmitters especially designed for water and wastewater applications.

Please visit the Endress+Hauser booth for a tour of the instrumentation and the opportunity to talk to our product specialists about current trends in the water and wastewater industry, and to learn how Endress+Hauser is helping treatment plants worldwide deal with new issues and regulations.
