XXXX Plating Company operates a decorative plating shop in Los Angeles, Ca., doing finishes in nickel, copper, and chromium. They provided a sample...The sample was taken from an accumulation tank prior to existing chemical treatment. They are investigating using electrocoagulation at a flow of 6-8,000gpd, 5x24, with the objective of reusing water if possible. Existing equipment includes an accumulation vessel of unknown size, a small clarifier, and a filter press of unknown size. This would be a retrofit installation.
