American Water Resources To Sponsor American Water Works Association Annual Conference & Exposition

American Water Resources, a subsidiary of American Water, the largest publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility company, is one of the sponsors of the 34th American Water Works Association Annual Conference & Exposition, “Uniting the World of Water.” The conference will be held June 7-10 in Anaheim, California.

The American Water Works Association and its local section partner, the California-Nevada Section, have compiled a professional program for this year’s Annual Conference & Exposition that will focus on Total Water Solutions to address the changing needs of the global water community. The professional program will focus on major water sector issues like infrastructure renewal and replacement, potable reuse applications, and drought response.

American Water Resources is one of the sponsors of the Water Industry Luncheon on Tuesday, June 9 at 11:30 a.m. The company’s participation is aimed at supporting research on water conservation and addressing the severe water landscape in California. Additionally, American Water Resources is proud to support Dr. Mark W. LeChevallier, PhD, Director of Innovation and Environmental Stewardship with American Water, who has been recognized for his efforts and contributions to water science and water supply will be receiving the 2015 A.P. Black Research Award.
