All New Screenings Washer Monster® Family

JWC Environmental introduces the most cost effective solution in compaction and dewatering of wastewater screenings with the family of Screenings Washer Monsters! JWC Environmental is committed to listening to customer needs and partners with them to solve their problems. Always striving to provide innovative ideas, JWCE has developed a series of washer/compactors, tailored to help you select the Monster that suits your application best. Among the units you will find the SWM-XE, the SWM-XEM, and the new SCM. Each unit is designed with specific features to meet your site's needs and requirements. 

The Muffin Monster® or Macho Monster dual-shafted grinder (included in the XE and XEM versions) preconditions solids entering the washer/compactor, breaking up clumps of debris and rags exposing more surface area to the washing system. Fecal matter becomes easier to liquefy and returns to the plant flow where it belongs. The screenings are then thoroughly compacted and dewatered, making the screenings produced by the SWM the cleanest and most compact in the industry. This patented SWM design provides up to 95% reduction in screenings volume and up to 50% dry solids content.

Our new Screenings Compactor Monster is designed to focus on compaction and dewatering, less on washing, making it the cost effective alternative when optimum screenings cleanliness is not priority. The SCM provides 150 ft3/hr (4.3 m3/hr) of screenings capacity and reduces volume up to 50%.
