Advance Registration For AWWA & AMTA's Membrane Technology Conference & Exposition Is Feb. 11

The American Water Works Association encourages attendees to register early for the 2014 AWWA/AMTA Membrane Technology Conference & Exposition which is March 10-14 at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas.

The latest developments in membrane water treatment technologies will be presented during this must attend conference by AWWA and AMTA. Members from each organization, AMTA affiliates and nonmembers are encouraged to register for the conference by Feb. 11 to receive discounted pricing. Hotel reservations also must be made by Feb. 11 at the Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel or Paris Las Vegas Hotel to secure the special group rate.  

The Membrane Technology Conference & Exposition is expected to reach 1,300 attendees with 115 technical presentations, 60 poster presentations, five workshops and an exhibit hall featuring 100 product and service exhibitors. This unique conference focuses on how membrane technologies and processes can enhance water reliability and water quality while reducing utility operating costs.

Sessions will be divided into four focused tracks including membrane filtration applications, brackish water and seawater, wastewater applications and industrial facilities, regional issues and new innovations and research. Additionally, attendees will learn how membrane technologies and processes can solve water supply and discharge challenges, treat industrial streams, aid food processing and enable produced water treatment. New this year, a session by Experts in the Round will be presented on Tuesday evening in the exhibit hall as part of the networking reception.
