The Superpulsator Clarifier is a solids contact, sludge blanket clarifier capable of removing color, turbidity, and organic material. It precisely integrates the functions of chemical addition, coagulation, flocculation, and solids separation that are required for reliable, consistent clarification. A homogeneous sludge blanket creates optimal flocculation for clarification.

• Flocculation and clarification take place in one basin, limiting site constraints.
  
• Completely automated, it requires minimal operator attention.
  
• There are no submerged moving parts, and all underwater components are fabricated with corrosion-resistant materials.

The Superpulsator is standardized for rectangular basins, but can adapt to most new or existing basin shapes. It has demonstrated superior performance with problem surface waters and waters with low levels of suspended solids. Proven in more than 150 operating installations, the Superpulsator Clarifier can handle large variations in influent flow and raw water quality.
