Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Sponsoring A Scholarship At SME 2012

CARY, NC, – Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, a subsidiary of Veolia Water, is sponsoring a $2,000 scholarship at the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration (SME) 2012 Annual Meeting & Exhibit in Seattle, Washington. The Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Scholarship is a new initiative and in addition to the scholarships that SME offers.
Veolia has dedicated experts worldwide that specialize in mine water applications. One specific criterion for the Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Scholarship is that the applicants show an interest to pursue a career in water-related matters within the mining industry. Scholarship applications and full criteria can be found on the SME and Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies websites. The recipient of the Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Scholarship will be recognized during the SME Environmental Division luncheon at the SME Annual Meeting and Exhibit. Submissions are due by the end of business on Tuesday, October 25th, 2011.
