CLT Series of In-Channel Screens are designed for in-channel placement and include the following models: the CLT, a shaftless screw conveyor with compactor; and the CLT-A, a shaftless screw in-channel screen with compactor and agitator

Method of Operation
The influent enters on the upstream end of the screening section and flows through the wedgewire, or perforated screening media, where the solids are captured. The solids are picked up by a brushed shaftless screw and transported to the surface by a screw compactor, where they fall into a dumpster or are transported away by conveyor. The CLT-A has a hydraulic drive agitator on the screen base for agitation and break up of loosely held organic solids.
