Whitewater Introduces A New Generation Of Online Water Management Systems At ACE10
The Whitewater Group will participate in the American Water Works Association (AWWA) annual water trade show (Ace 2010) in Chicago, Illinois from June 20th-24th. Thousands of international water industry decision makers from around the world are expected to attend.
Whitewater will be exhibiting in the Israeli compound, where several online technologies will be introduced , including: Checklight's CCB-TOX, an online continuous contamination bio-monitor that detects and provides real time alerts for chemical contamination events in drinking water utilities. Galcon's CityGal, an online web based, central management system for professional landscape irrigation. Whitewater Security's BlueBox and Water Wall real time water security management systems. And Galcon's pressure management controller for reducing water loss in municipal water distribution networks.
Whitewater's real time, user friendly, water management systems are a breakthrough in the water industry. The new online systems are currently installed in several international customer locations. The CheckLight system is installed in an international beverage plant for a company in Central America. Galcon's CityGal, the online smart irrigation system, has already saved water for municipalities, hotels, and other commercial landscapes in Israel and abroad. The CityGal is also installed in the Olympic village in London, which is currently under construction. Furthermore, Whitewater Security is managing various water security projects in municipalities in Israel and abroad.
Whitewater is cooperating with the Israeli Export & International Cooperation Institute and Israel NewTech – the national plan for the promotion of Israeli water and environment technologies. The objective of the Israeli delegation to Chicago is to expose Israel's most advanced technologies within the water industry and enhance Israel's exposure to international cooperation. The goal is to position Israel as an international leader in the water technology sector, and thereby increase the Israeli water industry export to surpass $USD 2.5B by 2011.
More than 13 thousand executives and decision makers from U.S.A and around the world are expected to visit the exhibition, including contractors, consultants, and water supply public bodies, manufacturers, distributors, government officials and R&D representatives.
According to Whitewater's Group Chairman Ori Yogev, "the Whitewater Group of companies has made a significant leap in the past year. We are moving from the R&D phase towards international market penetration including China and U.S.A. We are scheduled to meet with customers, representatives, distributers and leaders of the American market at the exhibition in order to extend our activity in the U.S."
