We're Ready for WEFTEC! See Us at Booth 16039

The Water Environment Federation's Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC®) is the largest conference of its kind in North America. October 18-22, 2008, the conference is in Chicago, USA, and WEF coordinators are expecting to break WEFTEC's record attendance, with more than 20,000 at the show.

This year, the Schneider Electric Water Wastewater Competency Center will host a 30 x 38 booth (# 16039) which is the largest demonstration the Competency Center has offered since it was formed. In addition to presenting the value the Competency Center offers through expertise in water wastewater quote and order management, project management, engineering and services, an array of power management, control and distribution products will be on display.

"We are pleased to have the opportunity to be in Chicago this year," says Marvin Shotts, Director of the Competency Center. "Chicago is our corporate headquarters for North America. We're proud to increase our booth size a bit to demonstrate a few more products and services than we normally do."

At the booth Monday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m., members of the Competency Center will serve refreshments as they celebrate various industry Product of the Year awards, which were won within the last year. Included in that list are its Model 6™ intelligent motor control center, Modicon® M340™ PLC, Powerpact® motor circuit protector, M-Flex™ enclosed drive controller, TeSys® U-Line motor starter, and the TeSys® T motor management and protection system.
