Royce Technologies Announces Series 8000 Dissolved Oxygen And Suspended Solids Analyzers

Charlotte, NC — The Royce Series 8000 continuous Dissolved Oxygen/Suspended Solids Analyzers, combine Royce Technologies field proven and award winning technologies in a family of multi-channel and multi-parameter instruments. This combination of parameters provides the engineer and plant personnel with economical designs and provide maximum application flexibility. These analyzers and their appropriate sensors, greatly reduce the per point monitoring costs while still providing Royce reliability. They are available in both multi parameter single channel (Models 8120/8220) and multi-parameter dual channel (Model 8130/8140/8230/8240) versions for both DO & TSS monitors and controllers. They have the complete self-cleaning available and multiple output capability. These analyzers can be used to monitor and/or control aeration basins.

The Dissolved Oxygen channels can use any Royce DO sensor including the exclusive Royce Model 96 Electro-Chemical Self-Cleaning sensor. The proven electronic technology and the sensors are the same as were extensively tested recently in an independent evaluation. They far outdistance any of the other manufacturers participating in performance.

The Series 8000 analyzers use our field proven, award winning optical technologies in the Suspended Solids channels. The sensor ranges go from in-situ mounted units measuring 0 – 1500 mg/l up to Pipe Insertion units rated at 0 – 80,000 mg/l. All the sensors and analyzers use the WEF Award Winning Royce Suspended Solids technology. The outputs of these analyzers can be recorded, sent to a SCADA system or used directly with the Royce Sludge Retention Time and Sludge Management Systems.
