Problem:
How to maintain pumps easily, although they are located down three flights of stairs?

Solution:
The versatility of the eme GANTRIES are demonstrated here. The 4400RCU GANTRY Crane is shown as it was set up in the Plant in the Town of Erwin (Painted Post, NY) WWTP. This GANTRY Crane was carried down the three flights of stairs by three people and assembled in the confined space WITHOUT the use of any rigging equipment.

The GANTRY Crane was assembled, using only two wrenches in a matter of minutes.

This tight-space maintenance job can now be done safely with our lightweight, aluminum GANTRIES, reducing the chance of Operator injury, yet saving considerable time and money. It can also be employed at different locations around the Plant, increasing per-job use and decreasing per-job cost.
