Dr. Chitikela Joins CABE Associates, Inc.

Dover, DE - December 1, 2000 - Dr. S. Rao Chitikela, P.E. of Newark, Delaware has joined the Dover based engineering consulting firm, CABE Associates, Inc.. In addition to holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, Dr. Chitikela is a Delaware registered Professional Engineer. His academic experience includes a variety of wastewater treatment and biosolids design and evaluation projects. In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Chitikela has worked in both private practice and as an environmental regulator, most recently as a DNREC Environmental Engineer. In the later capacity he was responsible for industrial permitting, inspection and compliance for State and Federal Clean Air Act regulations. His initial responsibilities at CABE will be to provide resident project representative services on behalf of the Kent County Engineers Office during the septic elimination project currently being constructed in Kenton. Additionally he will be providing air and wastewater consulting services to a variety of public and private clients.
